The brand new STIHL RMA 248 Cordless Lawn Mower is a perfect tool for home gardens with medium-sized lawns. It’s a quiet, easy to manoeuvre and simple to use mower. The RMA 248 Cordless Lawn Mower is a functional, robust, steel-decked mower able to cut lawns efficiently and quickly.

Simple to use, lightweight and easy to push around, the RMA 248 Cordless Lawn Mower features a sizeable 55-litre grass box with a fill level indicator which means you can spend more time cutting and less time emptying. Also fitted is a spring loaded central cutting height adjustment which allows for easy switching between SEVEN stages, from as low as 25mm to as high as 75mm. The direct drive EC motor is powered by STIHL’s brilliant AK battery system and has a built-in ECO mode for when full power may not be required. The foldable handlebar makes it easier to store in the garage or shed, and the grass box is easy to remove to make it more compact.

The AK System battery is fully interchangeable with all of the other machines in the AK system such as the FSA 57 strimmer, MSA 120 Chainsaw or the BGA 57 blower, allowing for flexible work in your garden. LED’s on the battery show you the charge status at any time by the push of a button.

• Fan blade – The fan blade ensures that lawns are cut evenly and ensures that the grass catcher box is optimally filled. Due to the strong air flow that the blade generates in the housing, the grass is lifted before cutting – thanks to the integrated and powerful air control system.
