TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Torne Valley Loyalty Card Scheme (“the Scheme”)
   membership card (“the Card”) remains the property of Torne
   Valley Limited (“Torne Valley”).
2. To earn points you must present the Card each time you make
   a purchase. Points are issued at point-of-sale and cannot be
   awarded after the sale is complete, or for previous purchases.
3. Torne Valley will award 1 point for every £1.00 spent in any
   branch or branches of Torne Valley.
4. If you return purchased goods to us for a refund we may remove
   any points earned relating to them.
5. Points earned will have a redemption value of £0.01 and may
   only be used towards payment for goods purchased in any branch
   of Torne Valley.
6. Points will have no cash redemption value.
7. If your card is lost or stolen you must tell us immediately.
8. You may cancel your membership at any time whereupon you
   must redeem accrued points within 30 days of cancellation.
   Thereafter unredeemed points shall be forfeit.
9. We may cancel the Scheme at any time and will give you notice.
   You must then redeem accrued points within 30 days thereafter.
   Any unredeemed points shall be forfeit to Torne Valley.
10. The personal data we collect will be processed for our Loyalty
    Card Scheme only. Torne Valley will not pass on your data to any
    third parties.
