STIHL FSA 57 Cordless Grass Trimmer (Body)

The STIHL FSA 57 is a battery-powered grass trimmer and the ideal tool for keeping your lawn edges in check for medium and large gardens.

Its a lightweight and quiet machine and it’s easy to manoeuvre around your garden, with an adjustable loop handle that helps you to guide the trimmer exactly where you need it. The shaft is also extendable, so you can adjust it to suit your height.

The FSA 57 is part of STIHL’s AK battery system of tools with interchangeable batteries – the battery in the FSA 57 can be used in other tools in this range including a hedge trimmer, blower and lawnmowers.

Run time on recommended AK 10 battery: Up to 25 minutes
Run time on AK 20 battery: Up to 50 minutes
Run time on AK 30 battery: Up to 60 minutes

QUIET TECHNOLOGY – The STIHL AK Cordless System tools are so quiet you don’t even need to wear ear protection.

ADJUSTABLE LENGTH SHAFT – The length of the shaft on the FSA 57 can be easily adjusted at the touch of a button to suit you whatever your height.

ADJUSTABLE LOOP HANDLE – So that you can work in the most comfortable position for you, the loop handle can be easily adjusted without tools.

SPACER BRACKET – The metal spacer bracket means you can trim precisely around trees, plants and other objects without damaging them. It can also be folded up if not needed.

SAFE BATTERY LOCKING POSITION – There are two positions for the battery – in the first neutral position, the battery is secured in the grass trimmer but is not connected to the contacts, so you can carry the battery around easily without the risk of the trimmer starting accidentally. Once you push the battery in fully, you can easily start the tool.

CHARGE LEVEL INDICATOR ON THE BATTERY – So you know how much charge you have left, the charge level can be viewed at any time using the four LEDs on the battery.

EASY TO EXTEND THE MOWING LINE – The FSA 57 uses the Autocut C3-2 which you can tap on the ground to automatically feed out the mowing line if it has broken off.

AL 101 CHARGER – Charger for the STIHL AK Cordless System. With operating mode indicator (LED) and cable tie with Velcro tape. The charger can be wall mounted if required.
