The Mountfield SP42 is a lightweight, effortless self-propelled 123cc petrol driven lawn mower. Powered by a high performance reliable STIGA ST120 autochoke engine. With a 41cm cutting width, 60 litre capacity grass collector and option to collect, mulch or rear discharge the grass trimmings, this small lawn mower screams ideal.

The mower is robust with a steel chassis and simple to operate. It has a centralised lever to adjust the cutting height of the blade – there are 6 different positions to choose from depending on the length of grass you are cutting – and clippings are collected into a capacious 60-litre canvas grass catcher.

To save time and to add nutrients to your lawn, simply fit the mulching plug (supplied with the mower) and as you mow, clippings are finely cut and redistributed back onto the lawn surface. This a super mower for the small to medium-sized garden - weighing in at 25kg and possessing fold-down handles, it is easy to move around the garden and store.
