The STIHL RMA 235 is an incredibly lightweight rechargeable battery lawnmower ideal for smaller gardens. The advantages of this lawn mower are clear to see. With it being so lightweight at only 14kg it is extremely easy to handle and is fitted with a foldable handlebar and carry handle which makes transportation easy peasy. It is powered by the STIHL COMPACT battery system using high-quality Lithium-Ion batteries. Which are interchangeable between other COMPACT Cordless stools. The motor unit is equipped with an always-on eco mode, which, together with the flow-optimised blade, ensures maximum efficiency when mowing. The RMA 235 rechargeable battery lawn mower boasts a central cutting height adjustment allowing the user to choose between five height settings, with a scale showing the current setting in use. The easy to open grass catcher box has also been specially designed to maximise airflow inside the box and collect as much grass as physically possible. It can be released and emptied in just a few simple steps.

Carrying handle

The STIHL RMA 235 has a carrying handle integrated into the housing for ease of transport. The handle makes the lawnmower easier to load or return to the upright position. The carrying handle is also suitable as a lashing point, for example, it is handy to secure the lawnmower with a strap during transport.

Foldable grass catcher box

The innovative grass catcher box is made of plastic and features a folding mechanism that makes it particularly easy to open and empty. The current of air produced during mowing blows the clippings into the grass catcher box and ensures its optimum filling. Special vanes in the box channel the air towards the ground, and so protect the user and lawn mower alike from dust and dirt that has been thrown up. A level indicator in the grass catcher box signals the right time to empty the box, saving it from being emptied too early or too late.

Flow-optimised blades

The flow-optimised blade trims the grass with minimal resistance, only swirling the air as much as absolutely necessary. As a result, it consumes minimal battery capacity, which means that the stored energy is sufficient for the largest possible area.

Central cutting height adjustment

The central cutting height adjustment on this STIHL battery-powered lawn mower is spring-loaded making it easy to operate and has several adjustment levels to obtain the desired cutting height for the lawn. The current height is indicated by a scale. In this way, the grass can always be optimally adapted to the conditions of the lawn surface and the use.
